Standard Condition A Applies

0.     Application/ fares and expenses

A. Application: Economy OW/RT/CT/OJ via QF/FJ/IE/NF/ON/PX/SB services
on selected international sectors within the South West Pacific.

 2. Only applicable for overseas originating passengers in connection with
international air/sea travel to/from countries in the South West Pacific

3. These fares only apply if purchased prior to departure - a minimum of 2
sectors must be purchased prior to arrival in the South West Pacific.

4. Additional sectors may be purchased at participating airline offices in the
South West Pacific. Only one pass per passenger is permitted.

5. Fares are subject to all local taxes where applicable.
6. For sales in currencies other than USD convert USD to local currency at the
Bankers Selling Rate.

C.         Passenger Expenses: not permitted

D.         Group travel not permitted on the pass

3.  Seasonality: Valid for travel until 31 March 2007.

4.  Flight Application: Valid QF/FJ/IE/NF/ON/PX/SB only

5.  Reservations and Ticketing

A.   Reservations

      1. A firm reservation for the first sector of the pass must be booked prior to arrival in the South West Pacific. Reservations for all other sectors may be made at any time, subject to availability, however it is recommended that all reservations be made in well in advance of travel date.
      2.
QF/FJ/IE/NF/ON/PX/SB: Book in K class
     
3. Waitlists not permitted.

B.   Payment and ticketing: no requirements

7.     Maximum Stay: 6 months from the date of commencement of travel on the first coupon

8.     Stopovers: Not permitted other than by payment of sector fares.

 Exception: only one stopover is permitted within Australia.

9.     Transfers

A.   Each coupon will permit travel between two city pair points listed in the Groups above.

B.   Transfers are not permitted.

C.   Surface sectors permitted.

10.     Constructions and combinations

Must be sold in conjunction with international air/sea travel to/from points in the South West Pacific.

14.  Travel Start/End dates:     See (3) Seasonality for all requirements.

15.  Sales restrictions and Extension of validity.

A.   Advertising and sales.

1.      For sales until 31 March 2007

2.      PTA sales not permitted.

B.   Extension of ticket validity: permitted only in the event of illness of passenger or certified death of an immediate family member/accompanying passenger. See PAT General Rule 13.2.13 for full requirements.

16.  Changes and refunds

A.        Voluntary rebooking and rerouting: Permitted subject to a charge of USD50 if ticket reissue is required.

B.         Involuntary rerouting/voluntary rerouting will not be permitted on the services of carriers other than those carriers participating in the Visit South Pacific Pass.

C.        Involuntary rebooking and rerouting: permitted only in the event of certified death of an immediate family member/accompanying passenger/immediate family member but only as provided in PAT General Rule 13.2.11.4.

D.   Cancellation/no-show/upgrading

      1. Prior to commencement of travel on the Visit South Pacific pass: Full refund

      2. After commencement of travel on the Visit South Pacific Pass:

a. If minimum conditions of pass have been met: full refund of unused coupons

b. If minimum conditions of pass have not been met: the refund if any will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable normal fare for the journey flown.

18.  Ticket entries and endorsements

      1. Fare basis: KVSP (followed by number of coupons)
    e.g. KVSP2 for two coupon pass

      2.  Each sector's value must be shown separately.

      3.      Endorsements: QF/FJ/IE/NF/ON/PX/SB only as applicable

      4.      The Visit South Pacific Pass must be issued on a separate ticket to the international ticket.

      5.      The Visit South Pacific Pass must be cross referenced with the corresponding international ticket number.

19.  Children and Infant discounts

A.   Children: charge 75pct of the applicable adult fare.

B.   Infants: charge 10pct of the applicable adult fare.
      If occupying a seat charge 75pct of the applicable adult fare.

20.  Tour Conductor discounts: not permitted.

21.  Agents discounts: not permitted.

22. Other Discounts

A. Eligibility: Passengers meeting the documentation requirements below.

B. Documentation:

      1. Fares may only be sold to residents of a country outside the South West Pacific countries (proof of residency must be provided) subject to issue/production of a valid international air/sea ticket to/from the South West Pacific.

      2. For sale of additional coupons in the South West Pacific, copies of the following must be attached to the audit coupon of the ticket.

      a. Passenger's original pass issued outside the South West Pacific

      b. The coupon of the international passenger ticket covering departure from the South West Pacific.

      c. The identity page of the passengers passport or evidence of foreign residency.

OTHER CONDITIONS: The baggage weight system will apply.
